However, my last visit was disappointing due to issues with the suite I reserved, including malfunctioning air conditioning and inconsistent hot water. While the front desk staff was helpful, it was frustrating that no immediate solutions were offered for such significant issues with the suite, which was expected to deliver a high level of comfort given the price.
